The downloadable quotation PDF and online quote requests provide an official estimate based on prevailing wholesale stock rates and require final confirmation by our sales desk prior to invoice generation.

• Quotation Validity: Official PDF quotations generated on this website are valid for 3 calendar days from the timestamp of generation unless explicitly specified otherwise by our sales team.
• Stock Availability: Inventory levels for fast-moving items (e.g. refurbished laptops, gaming graphic cards, printer toner models) are subject to prior sale. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of purchase confirmation or advance token.
• Taxation & GST: Unless specifically highlighted, all commercial purchase orders will be billed with regular GST invoices (18% for computer hardware/accessories or as per applicable Indian Central and State GST slabs).

• Brand New Products: All brand-new laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking switches, and CCTV equipment carry official manufacturer on-site or depot warranties (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, Canon, Epson, Brother, TVS, D-Link, CP PLUS, Hikvision). Warranty claims may be serviced directly at authorized service centers or coordinated via our store support desk.
• Certified Refurbished Laptops: All Grade-A refurbished business laptops (ThinkPad, Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook) undergo a 40-point hardware diagnostic test and are backed by store testing warranty, component replacement guarantee, and technical assistance from HI-TECH SYSTEMS.
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover physical damage, liquid spillage, electrical surge/burn damage, unauthorized tampering, or natural disasters.

We offer direct store pickup in Tiruchengode as well as insured professional courier dispatch across Tamil Nadu and India:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours following payment confirmation.
• Local corporate deliveries within Namakkal, Erode, and Salem districts can be facilitated with engineer installation support.
